Stephen Mensah is a Policy Consultant and Youth Advocate working across the nonprofit, public and private sectors to advance youth-focused policy, community investment and meaningful youth participation. He previously led the City of Toronto’s official youth advocacy body, representing more than 623,000 young people where he led multiple major policy initiatives addressing youth employment, mental health, education, community safety and equitable access to opportunity.
